    How to Apply to Heartland Health Region

    To apply for employment with Heartland Health Region, please send us a copy of your resume, including cover letter, stating your areas of interests and qualifications or complete an External application form.

    We keep all applications/resumes on file for a period of 3 months. At the end of that period, you are welcome to re-apply, by supplying us with a new resume or completing a new application form.
