Over the weekend (July 15-17) the phones in the Rosetown and District Health Centre, the Rosetown Corporate Office and the Davidson Primary Care Clinic went down. Since that time a temporary fix has been put in place for the Rosetown and District Health Centre so they are now able to receive incoming calls. This fix was not able to be put in place for the Rosetown Corporate Office or the Davidson Primary Health Care Clinic. Late Monday we were made aware that the Toll Free Mental Health and Addictions Intake Line and the Concerns Line were also not working and were ringing busy. A part for the phone system that houses all these lines has been ordered and is expected to arrive later this week.
In the meantime:
Thanks in advance for your understanding and patience during this time. It is expected things will be back to normal by the end of the week.
